Following recent laws and legislative changes to Right to Work identity screening, UK employers now have the option of performing Right to Work checks remotely using digital identity service providers (IDSPs).
On October 1st 2022, the temporary remote screening measures put in place during the pandemic came to an end. All employers will now need to choose one of the following three ways to verify the identity of your applicants:
